There is no doubt about it, your real estate professional has an impact on your sale process. Their marketing efforts can affect whether or not your home sells, how quickly it sells, how much you net from your sale and your overall experience throughout the process.

The best way for me to answer this question is a Personal Consultation meeting. I would be honored to meet you at your home, or over coffee, to explain my process, systems, and services I offer to my clients. This meeting will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and see if there is a good fit. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed.

- I ask a lot of questions and then listen carefully to your needs and goals and keep those top-of-mind throughout the process.
- I am available*. Never more than a phone call, text or email away when you have questions or concerns.
- I provide you with practical suggestions on how to prepare your home or one hour of staging so that improvements can be made that will impresses and excite buyers.
- I recommend a list price range based on the condition of the property in relation to subject sales in the area.
- I initiate a marketing strategy based on your time-frame and goals in order to excite qualified buyers and get them through the front door.
- I create and prepare the promotional materials, including pictures, custom web, “Wanna Peak” flyer, custom property brochure and exciting property description.
- I create excitement in the marketplace about your property. “COMING SOON” to my other private clients and professionals in our area. I also do social media advertising all based on your desires and wants.
- I will communicate with you weekly during the listing and sale process.
- When someone makes an offer on your property, I will provide you negotiating strategies that allow you to get the price and terms the best suit you and your situation.
- Behind the scenes in one single transaction I will research, review, meet, contact, schedule, coordinate, oversee, send, provide and negotiate over 170 details on your behalf.
- I help to ensure everything goes smoothly between signing the offer and closing the sale.
